About Us

Who We Are

Building More Than a Refinery

Atlantic International Refinery & Petrochemicals isn’t just refining crude—we’re refining possibilities. Strategically located in Nigeria’s Niger Delta, we are pioneering an integrated energy hub that combines refining, power generation, logistics, and community development in one ecosystem. Our goal is bold yet simple: to empower local economies, redefine energy access, and position Nigeria as a force in global trade.

Our Infrastructure

Phase 1 in Motion

We have completed Phase 1 of our energy hub: a 2,000 barrels-per-day modular refinery, a 25,000 DWT commercial jetty, and a 2MW embedded power plant delivering free electricity to over 1,000 homes in Brass. Our infrastructure is smart, scalable, and built to serve both industry and community from day one. With ongoing expansion plans into renewables and logistics, we’re not just planning for tomorrow—we’re building it.

Strategic Advantage

Where Opportunity Meets Access

Located in a Free Trade Zone with direct waterfront access, Atlantic Refinery enjoys tax incentives and global logistics reach. We've secured critical partnerships with Mocoh Oil and NPDC for steady feedstock supply and have executed impactful healthcare projects in Okpoama and Iseleama. Backed by Platform Capital (60%) and the NCDMB (40%), we are powering industries, uplifting communities, and shaping Africa’s energy future with every barrel refined and every light turned on.
